At House of Khans, every garment is handcrafted with care and precision, created exclusively for you once an order is placed. Our made-to-order approach ensures that each piece reflects our dedication to modesty, elegance, and craftsmanship.

We value your trust in our brand and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to read our Returns & Refunds Policy below.

1. Made-to-Order Policy

All our products are made to order. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we begin production immediately to create your chosen piece.
Therefore, we do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once the order is confirmed.

2. Alterations

We understand the importance of a perfect fit.
If your garment requires minor alterations, we’ll be happy to assist you.

• For domestic (India) orders, alterations are complimentary; however, shipping costs to send the product back to us must be borne by the customer.

• For international orders, alteration services are available, but both return and re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
  We recommend one fitting trial (in person or virtually) to ensure your garment fits perfectly before dispatch.
  
  

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

Each product undergoes strict quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at support@houseofkhans.in with clear photos and your order details.
Our team will review and respond promptly to arrange a suitable resolution.

4. Color & Fabric Variation

Please note that minor color differences may occur due to variations in screen brightness or fabric texture. These differences do not qualify as defects.
Every product is hand-finished, and subtle variations in weave, print, or embroidery reflect the unique craftsmanship behind each piece.

5. Refunds

Since all products are handcrafted and made to order, refunds are not applicable except in cases where the product is unavailable or cancelled by House of Khans before dispatch.

6. International Orders

All international shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means product prices displayed are exclusive of import duties and taxes.
As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or local taxes to release your order from customs upon arrival.
